Terms

1. Term: 9-12 month lease options

2. Pets: Cats and Dogs allowed (some restrictions apply), with pet rent equivalent to 2% of monthly rent.

3. Refundable Security Deposit based on credit.

4. Holding Fee: $300.00 to be applied towards first month of rent.

5. Parking - One parking space available, included in rent.

6. Application Fee: $50.00 paid to third-party. 3x rent required for income, cosigners accepted.

7. Utilities cost for Water/Sewer/Trash/Common Area Electricity & Gas (if any) based on the number of occupants:

(1 Occupant - $75)
(2 Occupants - $140)
(3 Occupants - $190)
