2. Holding Fee $250.00 to be applied towards security deposit.

3. Security Deposit of 1 Month's rent.

4. Pets are allowed / Case-by-case basis. $300 deposit and $35 / monthly.

5. Utilities. Water, sewer, garbage depending on usage.

6. Parking available. Each resident will have one registered spot.
