Rental Terms:

1. Term: 12 Months (some shorter term leases may be available)

2. Pets: Cats and Dogs allowed (some restrictions apply), monthly pet rent of 2% of rent, no pet deposit.

3. Holding Fee: $300.00 to be applied towards first month of rent.

4. Parking - Two parking spaces included in rent. $30.00 / additional space depending upon availability.

5. Application Fee: $50 paid to third-party.
