We are a construction and maintenance contracting company who strives to provide reliable, efficient, and and afforable serrvice to our customers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
• Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance.
• Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of building systems including plumbing and electrical systems.
• Performs painting, carpentry, and various other tasks as needed.
• Maintains and performs repairs to buildings, utilities, grounds and equipment.
• Coordinates parts, supplies, and equipment from local vendors and inventory.
• Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by property management/ownership.
• Actively functions as a team member.
• Participates in regular required communication with property management, tenants and other staff.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property maintenance/building construction or equivalent experience.
• High attention to detail and demonstrates commitment to quality of service.
• Must have all certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions (Applies to both Certified and Non-Certified Service Technicians).
• Must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by State law and must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, user-moved aids, mechanical equipment and measuring devices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
